Part Time Cleaner – Required to start as soon as possible – Fixed Term for one year

Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 4 hours a day, 3:00-7.00pm
Salary: SS1 point 2 (actual salary £8,527 per annum).

We are looking for a part time cleaner to assist our site team in general duties during term time and specified hours during the school holidays.

You will be joining a committed staff team where full training will be provided.

You will:

Attendance Officer required from September 2018

Full Time: (37 hours per week – Term time, plus one additional week per annum in the holidays)

Salary: Single Status Grade 5, point 11-13 (Starting salary £17,972 per annum pro-rata (actual salary £15,580)

The Attendance Officer will work alongside key college staff to promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture, communicating effectively and building relationships with hard to reach families with the aims of reducing levels of unauthorised absence and promoting whole college attendance strategies.

Cover Supervisor - Required to start September 2018

32.5 hours per week – Term Time – Monday to Friday, 08.15 - 3.15pm
Salary: Single Status Grade 4 point 8 to 10 (pro-rata starting salary: £17,173 per annum)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and committed Cover Supervisor to work under the guidance of teaching staff. To support students in and out of the classroom including, the supervision of whole classes during the absence of teachers.
The successful candidate will also be expected to undertake administrative duties, attend staff meetings and support break duties within the college.
Previous experience in a similar role and a good standard of education would be advantageous.

Teaching Assistant(s) – required to start from September 2018 (Fixed term for one year)

Hours: 30 hours per week – Term Time – Monday to Friday 08.45am to 3.15pm

Salary: Single Status Grade 3 point 5 to 7 (Starting salary: £16,755 per annum pro-rata)

We require a Teaching Assistant(s) to work with students with learning, behavioural and emotional needs in our Learners with Additional Needs Facility. Experience and knowledge of supporting students in a school environment is an advantage.

Senior Science Technician - Required to start September 2018

30 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Permanent – Term Time only + 1 week during the school holidays
Salary: Single Status Grade 7 point 17-19 (pro-rata starting salary: £20,654 per annum)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Science Technician to coordinate the use of practical resources and facilities within the Science department and lead on the daily organisation of technical staff. The successful applicant will also ensure the maintenance of a safe working environment and provide advice and support on health and safety issues regarding equipment and materials, including hazardous substances. 

Previous experience in a similar role and a good standard of education would be advantageous.
